To expand on what I said about replacing car keys being so easy, let me tell you a quick story about how I discovered this business model. 

You see, I worked as a residential locksmith for over 10 years – Only offering residential locksmithing services, such as lock-outs, and replacing and maintaining locks on homes and businesses.

But without fail, my phone would ring 3 - 4 times daily with people needing their car keys replaced or to gain access to their car when the keys had been lost.

The problem was, I’d never been trained in auto locksmithing, so I turned down so much of this work that it really started to piss me off.
