Subscription Services (Generally Non-Refundable)

Any recurring monthly or annual service plans
These services involve upfront and ongoing operational costs. Once a subscription charge has been processed, it is generally non-refundable, whether partially used or not.

Once cancelled:
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
No further charges will be made
Refund Abuse & Policy Violations
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that:

There is evidence of fraud or misuse
Course content has been clearly consumed in a manner inconsistent with a refund request
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5โ10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
